Shipping and collection methods
GLS Express Courier - Products already packaged are shipped by GLS express courier within a maximum of 2 working days from the time of payment. Courier delivery times are generally within 3 working days. We suggest that you group your purchases in the same order to avoid paying the shipping costs twice. In the case of two separate and distinct orders, the shipping costs for each order will be applied. The goods travel with risk borne by the customer. Shipping costs are determined upon completion of the order.
Pick-up in store - It is possible to collect the products at the laboratory located in Via dei Cairoli, 24 / r - 50131 Florence, presenting the order number. Soon it will be possible to collect the products also in the shop in Piazza dei Rucellai in Florence. In-store pickup is free.
